Stretcher

MSGC Group stretcher , the bedframe is of double beam construction connected at joints with heavy steel splice plates. Locking bars are spaced on 400 mm centers for anchoring the tail jaw head. Rail : side one adopt 40# H steel , middle adopt 40# H steel ,and the cross beam adopt 120mm round steel .

Stretcher Heads
The head is a Cam Style jaw design, where the lower jaw is fixed and the upper jaw adjusts for profile clamping.
The stretch cycle can be manually operated with an operator at each end. As a “one-man” stretcher, the operator is at the tailhead. This operator oversees the loading operation of the powerhead and initiates the stretch cycle. Either a manual stretch cycle with operator controlling the powerhead, or an automatic preset stretch cycle can be selected.
