Nitriding furnace as a standard nitriding heat treatment equipment, the well type nitriding furnace is mainly used for gas nitriding of various mechanical parts, automotive parts, molds and other metal workpieces. It generally use gas nitriding as the main nitriding method. The furnace is equipped with a high-temperature resistant stainless steel vacuum tank. When in use, the vacuum tank is first pumped to a vacuum state by a vacuum pump, and then the heated workpiece is subjected to gas nitriding treatment.

Structure Introduction

 

The shell of this series of well type nitriding furnaces is welded from steel plates and sections, and the lining is made of ultra lightweight, high-strength energy-saving refractory bricks. The outer layer of the lining is sandwiched with high-purity ceramic fiber composite insulation. The heating element is made of high-temperature resistance wire with a long lifespan design, and a stainless steel vacuum tank is installed in the furnace. To improve the sealing and insulation performance of the well type nitriding furnace, a double water-cooled furnace tank cover, vacuum rubber seal, and a compression screw are used.. A double headed stainless steel dropper is installed on the furnace cover for dripping methanol, which is easy to operate and has high safety. The furnace cover is equipped with sampling pipes, exhaust pipes, and an input pipe on the upper side wall of the furnace can be used for ammonia input, and a dedicated exhaust pipe is also installed.
