Aluminum profiles online quenching tank suitable for use with aluminum profiles with a maximum width of 480mm and a maximum height of 350mm for profile design. The online quenching system device is equipped with air cooling and high-pressure spray water cooling.

Aluminum extrusion handling table is a customized product, the length and width are different depend on each capacity of aluminum extrusion presses. Types of Formed Shapes Achievable with Indirect Extrusion Lines
Solid Shapes
Solid shapes are the simplest profiles created through extrusion, with no internal voids or hollow spaces.
Hollow Shapes
Hollow shapes feature one or more enclosed voids, making them lightweight yet strong.
Semi-Hollow Shapes
Semi-hollow shapes have partially enclosed voids, offering a balance between solid and hollow designs.
Main Components of Indirect Extrusion Line
Main Cylinder: Chamber and cylinder of indirect extrusion line into which hydraulic fluid is pumped to generate the desired ram pressure and movement.
Ram: A steel rod attached to the main cylinder with a dummy block on the end that enters the container and applies pressure to the billet.
Dummy Block: A tight fitting steel block attached to the ram stem on a press which seals the billet in the container and prevents metal from leaking backward.
Container: Chamber in an extrusion press which holds the billet as it is pushed through a die at one end while under pressure from a dummy block and ram entering at the other end. The container resides in the container housing. All containers are lined with a liner which holds the billet in place while it is being extruded.
Tool Stack (Die Assembly): Solid: die ring, die, backer, bolster, and sub-bolster. Hollow: die ring, die mandrel, die cap, bolster, sub-bolster.
Run Out Table: Table at immediate exit of press leadout equipment which helps guide and support extrusions.
Canister: Used to help guide the aluminum extrusions from the die. It has the same number of holes as the die itself and can be used on all presses.
Platen Pressure Ring: A hardened tool steel ring inserted into the platen to support the die stack. Pressure applied by the main cylinder to the ring causes stress and wear resulting in a need for periodic replacement.

Processing delicate materials: Used for metals and polymers that could be damaged or deformed if subjected to excessive mechanical stress.
Production of tubes and hollow cylinders: The indirect extrusion line process is particularly suitable for producing tubes and other hollow components, as it improves uniformity and reduces defects.
High-strength materials: Suitable for materials that are difficult to process and require high force to be deformed.
