There are 3 types aluminum profiles stretcher available: two operator stretcher, single operator stretcher and unmanned stretcher.
The unmanned stretcher equipped automatic rotate device specialized for solar panel frame extrusion profiles.
Single operator stretcher normally be used for industrial heavy aluminum profiles, front jaw equipped with a touch screen can observe the rear jaw situation during stretching so that the operator can adjust the rear jaw angle easily.
The front and rear jaws are crescent shaped and equipped with aluminum profiles blocking devices and feeding belts. The front jaw has a swinging head, while the rear jaw does not swing. Equipped with front and rear cameras and a display screen for monitoring. Extrusion press capacity range above 5in will choose single operator type stretcher. By presetting stretching parameters and real-time monitoring through a camera, the position of the front jaw of the straightening machine can be controlled to accurately issue various instructions, achieving the goal of one person completing the straightening process and achieving semi automation of the straightening process.
Two operator stretchers be used for small capacity of aluminum extrusion presses like 660MT - 1100MT, specialized for aluminum windows and doors, kitchen profiles, etc. The front jaw is pressed down by manual clamping and manual 180-degree steering; The rear jaws are fixed manual clamping, manual hook locking and manual advance and retreat.
