Aluminum extrusion dies washing machine mainly for energy saving purpose. Be used for big aluminum extrusion extruders who owns more than 6 aluminum extrusion lines.
Advantages: Save 70% caustic soda and produce aluminum hydroxide (Al2O3), which can be sold for 1500 RMB/ton. Alkali (soda) flakes are priced at 3000-4000 RMB per ton domestically, saving wastewater and eliminating wastewater discharge.
Energy consumption: The aluminum extrusion dies pot can be powered by natural gas, usually electricity. The cylinder for opening and closing the aluminum extrusion dies slot needs to be connected to compressed air.
Aluminum extrusion dies washing machine can recover 95% caustic soda and producing aluminum hydroxide (the same amount as the aluminum boiled in the aluminum extrusion dies). Aluminum hydroxide can be sold in China for 1500 yuan/ton and is used in industries such as water purification agents and solar energy.
7-inch aluminum extrusion dies pot for 4-6 hours, with a concentration of 5% caustic soda for the oxidation tank and 20% caustic soda for the aluminum extrusion dies pot tank. Six units of extrusion lines can choose the 3 tons of alkali solution per day, equipped with four independent extrusion dies boiling tanks. They consume 20kW of electricity and are heated for 1 hour to reach 100 degrees Celsius, then automatically insulated. After boiling for 6 hours (7-inch 380mm diameter aluminum extrusion dies), the tank liquid is automatically recycled and separated by a centrifuge. The liquid is circulated back to the pot aluminum extrusion dies, and the solid reacts in the crystallization tank to create aluminum hydroxide. Aluminum hydroxide is not related to caustic soda, it is produced by the aluminum boiling process on the aluminum extrusion dies.
