Equipment Requirements
Powder spraying room: The inner wall should be flat and smooth, and the live facilities within 5 meters should be well grounded to prevent the accumulation of static charges. Indoor dehumidification facilities should be equipped to maintain dryness, and reasonable ventilation equipment should be designed to ensure clean air and avoid impurities affecting coating quality.
Electrostatic spray gun: Choose a spray gun with high stability and good powder loading rate. The high-voltage electrostatic generator should be safe and reliable, equipped with anti leakage and anti short circuit protection devices.
Powder supply device: Ensure continuous, uniform, and quantitative delivery of powder coating to the spray gun.
Air compressor: Install oil-water separation device, regularly check the drainage effect of the air storage tank and dryer filter to ensure that the compressed air is dry, oil-free, and free of impurities.
