The electric melting furnace adopts DSP or arm full digital embedded software and imported components. The equipment has rich communication interfaces to support industrial buses such as optical fiber, Ethernet, RS485, PROFIBUS and can, which can realize remote control;

Electric heating has its own electromagnetic stirring force, which can make the molten alloy more uniform, conducive to scum, reduce impurities, and make the solution and casting bright without shrinkage cavity and porosity;

Induction melting furnace is convenient to replace the furnace body with different weights, different materials and different starting methods to meet the requirements of various smelting.

 

Electric melting furnace application scope:
  • It applied to the melting of steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminum, aluminum alloy, gold, silver and other metal materials, the electric melting furnace from MSGC GROUP Co.,Ltd with the melting capacity from 3kg to 30Ton.

  1. The capacity of the induction melting furnace is based on the density of steel 7.8 (the density of aluminum is 2.7, so the aluminum of equal weight: the matching power is the same, and the capacity needs x 3 times the furnace body)
  2. The melting time and capacity of power consumption are depends on the furnaces' matching power, raw material shape, density, worker proficiency,
  3. The "ton power consumption (kwh/T)" is a new series of power consumption, which will consume 15% or more of the power supply in Common parallel IF power supply.
  4. Equipment configuration: medium frequency power supply, capacitor cabinet, furnace body (steel shell or aluminum shell), hydraulic station (or reducer) tilting system, water cooling cable etc;
  5. Customized products are acceptable.
