Automatic Molten Aluminum Refining Machine

The automatic molten aluminum refining machine sends a mixture of solid slag particles refining agent and inert gas (nitrogen or argon) into the aluminum liquid through a powder spraying tube. The powder spraying tube continuously moves under the control of the high-precision three-axis mechanical arm of the refining vehicle, and the mixture fully contacts with the high-temperature aluminum alloy melt, continuously and uniformly reacting with the aluminum liquid to achieve the purpose of aluminum liquid refining and slag removal.

1. Guide rails are not required. As long as it is positioned in front of the furnace, the equipment can be used upon arrival at the factory, eliminating the cost of guide rail installation and maintenance.
2. Easy to move. It can be remotely controlled for movement or transportation, suitable for various occasions.
3. Strong adaptability. It is possible to refine the furnace and round furnace without the need for additional configurations. It can adapt to special situations such as slopes, corners, blast furnace doors, narrow furnace doors, etc. in irregular positions inside the furnace.
4. Refine with fewer dead corners. Adopting a three-dimensional control method, the depth of the powder spraying pipe can be adjusted freely according to the inclined surface of the furnace bottom; At the same time, it significantly reduces the dead corners that cannot be refined.
5. Small footprint. The mobile platform has a small footprint, and the length of the material tube is short after shrinking. It can be flexibly placed in the factory, greatly reducing the space occupied by equipment

1. The rotation speed of the material tube is ≤ 50 °/minute; The lifting speed of the material pipe is ≤ 800mm/minute; The forward speed of the material pipe is ≤ 2000mm/minute
2. Degassing refining degassing time: 0-99 minutes; Blowing time: 0-5 minutes; Post blowing time: 0-5 minutes; Time can be freely adjusted
3. Flux addition speed: 0-3000g/min.
4. Pipeline pressure: adjustable from 0.2 to 0.4 MPa.

Manual type refining tank be used for small furnace below to 10Ton. 10-15min refine one time, spray the refine agent uniformity to every corner of the aluminum melting furnace.
