When the melting furnace is feeding and trailing slag degassing, the furnace door is opened for operation, and the flue gas is discharged from the furnace mouth. When the furnace door is closed for normal smelting, the pressure in the furnace is slightly positive, and the flue gas generated in the furnace is discharged through several small pores in the furnace door or the exhaust fan of the regenerative energy-saving burner.
The smelting furnace and aluminum ash treatment equipment will produce a large amount of flue gas in the stages of feeding, degassing, slag raking and ash frying. If discharged without treatment, it will seriously affect the surrounding environment and damage the health of employees. Therefore, corresponding environmental protection dust removal equipment must be equipped to make the flue gas discharged after treatment meet the national emission requirements.

The filter system can collect the smoke and dust from the furnace (one furnace feeding at a time) and aluminum ash treatment, and the smoke and dust from the furnace mouth dust collecting cover and aluminum ash treatment system. Treatment indexes: emission concentration ≤ 10mg/nm3, dust removal efficiency ≥ 99.5%, dust collection rate ≥ 90%, and Ringer blackness ≤ grade 1.


- It is composed of four parts: shell, filter bag assembly, injection ash cleaning device and ash discharge device.
- The shell part is composed of upper box, middle box, ash hopper and air inlet and outlet.
- The filter bag assembly is composed of filter bag, filter bag frame, etc.
- The injection ash cleaning device is composed of air bag, injection pipe, pulse valve, electromagnetic control valve, electric control instrument, etc.
- The ash discharge device is composed of motor, reducer, screw conveyor and star discharge valve.
- The type I pulse valve adopts a right angle pulse valve, and the type II pulse valve adopts a straight through pulse valve, which reduces the resistance of the pulse valve itself, and is an ideal pulse injection mode.
